How We Work
Working closely with Finance and HR departments we design benefits packages that will evolve in line with the organisation’s profile, market position and human resources capability. This can include a benchmarking process for comparison to the company’s peers and competitors and consideration of web-enabled technologies to deliver cost-effective and efficient benefits communication. With regards to a company’s current strategy we thoroughly review existing pension, income protection, life assurance and private medical insurance arrangements and in our capacity as independent financial advisers, consider the full range of suitable options from the whole market. Our findings and recommendations are always provided within a detailed report that confirms all aspects of our proposition.

Once a scheme is up and running we can provide ongoing advice to members through annual review meetings. Being independent financial advisers employees frequently request personal financial planning and investment advice, with the company’s consent we are happy to offer this service.
